Notes

A vibrant, color-forward meditation on interior light and architectural thresholds. Matisse’s Studio features an expressive room where irregularly shaped, colorful striped floorboards create an animated path for the eye. Leading toward the back of the space, the perspective opens onto a balcony through a doorway framed by rustic hurricane shutters, beautifully capturing the patient, receptive energy of a room open to the world.
